Annette is a Property Management Consultant for Providence Commercial Real Estate and directs and oversees all property management activities.
Annette began her real estate career in 1981 in Charleston, SC before relocating to Knoxville, Tennessee in 1998. Her regional responsibilities include the management and leasing of nearly one million square feet of commercial office buildings which includes the most prominent building in Knoxville, First Tennessee Plaza. Over the course of her career Annette has worked with a number of small private investment groups as well as large public/private corporations and REITS.
Annette has earned two very distinguished designations, the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (1990-IREM) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (2001-CCIM) designation. She served as a past president of the local IREM 57 Chapter (1993 & 2009) and serves on IREM’s National Legislative Committee. Other professional accomplishments include Top Producer Award (1981); back-to-back National Outstanding IREM Chapter Progress Award (1992-1993) for her involvement with the local IREM chapter; CPM of the Year (1993); Budgeteer Awards for consistent fiscal excellence (Parkway Realty Services-REIT); Award of Excellence for Leasing (Parkway-1999); and Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors 10 Million Dollar Club recipient (2001).
In addition to her affiliation with these professional organizations, Annette also serves on several civic committees in the Knoxville area such as the Knox Area Chamber Partnership/Knoxville Central Business Improvement District, Club LeConte Executive Committee and Membership committee, as well as some not-for-profit organizations such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Water Angels, and local church ministries.
